1.menekan tombol ON untuk menghidupkan mesin.
2.meletakkan kertas yang akan fotokopi pada kaca yang menjadi tempat fotokopi biasanya berada dibawah alat pemindai
3.tekan tombol PAPER SELECT,lalu atur ukuran kertasnya
4.tekan tombol jumlah yang akan disalin
5.tekan tombol START,tunggu hingga mesin selesai mengeluarkan hasil penggandaan 
6.setelah selesai,matikan mesin dengan tekan tombol OFF

4.press the number button to be copied
